Let's explore through science

Welcome to the Fourth Grade!

The fourth grade is an exciting year! It is a transition year between the primary grades and the upper elementary grades. In the fourth grade we become better readers, writers, and mathematicians. In social studies we explore world history and geography as well as learn about New Hampshire. We go on field trips to experience the history and beauty of our great state. Remember your camera to capture pictures for the New Hampshire Project! In science we expand our knowledge about the human body, chemistry, electricity, geology, and meteorology. We do experiments in the science lab. Also, this year we can join the school band. It is a busy year!
Your teacher,
Mrs. Pietrocarlo
